• Application refers to Rocket VPN. • We / Us / Our refers to Zintoch, the developer and provider of the Application. • User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Application. • Service refers to the VPN services provided through the Application.

Users agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Any illegal or unlawful activities • Distribution of malware, spam, or harmful content • Infringement of intellectual property rights • Attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise network security We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Users are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials • All activities conducted through their account We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using the Application, you consent to such practices.

All content within the Application, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and visual elements, is owned by or licensed to us, except where otherwise stated under Third-Party Licenses.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the updated version. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
